The decision to get outside help can be difficult. Care recipients may need as much as 24hr care or as little as daily companionship. We begin our care by assessing your needs through communications with involved family members and friends but could also extend communications to social workers, nursing homes or hospitals depending on the level of care that’s needed. The next step is to set up an action plan that will manage both the needs of the care recipient and the family, friends and or love ones that are caring for the individual. AAA Care, LLC works to provide care to both the care recipient and his/her family. We do this by matching your needs to the best possible caregiver. Our caregivers are thoroughly screened, trained in accordance with state licensing rules and regulations, insured and bonded. Our job is to provide comfort for you and your love one’s and we do this by providing you with quality people who provide excellence service. Once a caregiver has been placed in your home we continue to monitor the service and level of care that’s being provided. We do this by personalized contacts through telephone and home visits. In addition we will closely communicate with the caregiver that’s providing service to you. We always encourage our clients to keep an open line of communication to discuss any concerns or questions that they may have.
